Below will guide you through our simple and easy way of renting a costume from us:

1. Visit our Website Page or Facebook Page
2. Browse through the page and choose the costume/ item you would like to rent
3. Write down or remember the Costume or Item Code (eg. F0002 for Snow White costume and S1005 for Spiderman costume)
4. Contact us or make an appointment with us to collect the item
5. View the item on hand at our Costume House and make the payment and refundable deposit to start renting
6. Return the rented costume/ item before or on the due date and collect back the refundable deposit (if no damage or tear is detected)

We can also deliver the costume to you! Just pay a Non-refundable deposit (our travelling cost and time incase if you change your mind when we arrive at your doorstep) and we will bring the costume to you! Once you agreed to rent, just pay the costume payment+refundable deposit. For return, you can either return it to our costume house or we can also picked it up at your doorstep with additional travelling charge.
